I never win at this casino and never see anyone eslse win either. It was much better whe it was LAdy Luck. The rooms are good, but service stinks! the pool is
never open when we are there. You have to get your own drinks, because you are never offered one, and when you get them the bartenders act snotty about it. I think your room rates are intirely too costly for the lousy service you give. The doormen are the only friendly employees that you have. You should try to upgrade your service and do more promotions to try to improve your image. Not to mention your food prices, which are outragious!

We did not stay in the hotel. I think this casino is the dirtiest, without a doubt. The windows were dirty. The machines were filthy. No service for drinks, we had to go them ourselves at the bar. They were not busy, either. We were ignored. Machines are very tight. Couldn't win anything. I don't even go there anymore when I visit Tunica. It is that bad. It actually stinks in this casino. It is gross.

I am in Memphis on business at least monthly and have stayed at the Tunica casinos quite often. I stayed at the "Isle" on my last overnight trip and was very happy with the great service and friendly staff. I recommend this casino to all who travel through this part of the country. It just dosen't get any better!

We had reservations last year for this hotel. It be the first time me and my old lady gets to go to T-town. We give them my debit digits and we be ready to ride. What happens when we gets there that Friday night. They close the place and not let Ty in. We be there on a Friday and there not be no other hotels not full. Isle Capri charge us $119 and we never gets nothing back. We lose gamble next door at Sam's Club next door and then drives 2 hours back home. I calls Isle 800 number but they tell Ty he should have checked before he goes. Should they tell Ty if they be closing? I think so. BAD Isle. I hear you gots other casino around but we never goes there no more.

I WISH I KNEW THAT YOUR ROOMS WERE NASTY AND DIRTY AND YOUR HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE WHERE AS SORRY AS IT IS. I STAYED THERE FOR TO NIGHTS AND THAT WAS THE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I DROVE 50MILES TO STAY IN A NASTY HOTEL FOR MY ANNIVERSARY.

My husband and I stayed at the Isle of Capri March 19th and 20th. The room was "cute" and clean. However, the hallways appeared dirty and quite "shop worn" for a new hotel.
The employees did not appear to be happy with their jobs and took it out on the customers.

i have no problems with the hotel. but the last few times i've visited the casino the service has been lousy. we will not be back.we sit for 2 hrs on 12/30/01 & never even got a drink,my husband had to go to the bar to get one. this last time ,we played over 2 hrs & finally left because of the service. i tried to cash a payroll check & they acted like i was crazy. sheraton does it all the time for us.my husband tried to cash a personal check & they took forever to find him in the computer. i cashed my card in. took me 30 mins. of standing in line & when i finally got to the front of the line, the girl started messing with the computer. never even said anything to me untill i told her i had just stood in line for 30 mins.busy nite was all she said, i said no lousy service.apparently you do not want our buiness so we will just go back to horseshoe & sheraton where they act like they do want our buiness.my husband also tried to cash his card & the same girl walked away when he got up to her.still never said anything to him. this happened on 01/01/02. the quality of service has really disapointed us. it gets worse every time we're there.so i just wanted to tell you we are very unhappy.like isaid we will go somewhere else from now on & advice our friends to do the same. thank you ann chatman

I hit Isle of Capri on EVERY road trip - even if it's a little out of the way...or if the parking spots are tight for my truck and trailer. I love it here.

We stayed at The Grand Hotel and Casino but spent more time at Isle of Capri!
Hope to stay there next time around. All staff were friendly that we were in contact with during our visit. Won more money there than at the other casinos,
that's the reason I'm sure! Lots of Luck Casino Friends, Nancie

this was my my husbands and mine first time to tunica.the rooms were very good.the food was pretty good also.we gambled a lot,and didnt win a dime.the casino was average.the only real complaint i have was that the employees were extremely rude.oh my gosh everyone of them except the ladys in the resteraunt.the others just looked at you like they hated you.i will return because of the free room, but we will not spend as much money, because the employees acted like they wanted to shoot you, instead of taking your money.

Have not stayed at the hotel yet, but have enjoyed playing in the casino a few times. The last time I brought my sister from Dallas, Texas and she thought it was spacious, with a good variety of nickel slot machines. My one complaint withyour website is that you can not find room rates without making reservations. The main problem with all casinos in Tunica is weekend room rates. We travel approximately the same time to Marksville, La because they have a huge casino and offer weekend rates for as little as $39. More money to spend at the tables or slots!!

I visited the Isle of Capri the week of July 4th of this year. I was very impressed with the rooms. They were clean and nicely furnished. The employees at the Hotel and Casino were not real friendly. The food was not all that great either nor was the service. My husband and I were traveling with a tour group when we stayed at the Isle of Capri. The bellmen were paid very well for taking our luggage to and from the buses. When we arrived home after an 8 hour ride we discovered the bellman didn't bring our luggage to the bus. They skipped our room all together. We left on a Friday and didn't receive our luggage until Tuesday. We thought the slots were a little tight too. I e-mailed a hotel manager about our situation and we did get an apology but not one comp or any special offers.

I can't complain about the Isle of Capri Hotel in Tunica. We have always stayed in a suite which are nice and spacious and clean. It would be convenient to have a small refridgerator in the suites since most suites I have stayed in other hotels have them. The only bad thing I can think of is the walls are too thin - only a problem if you get next to a very noisey guest.
I certainly think this hotel rates better than two stars! We also like the convenience of the property - hotel, casino, and resturants in close proximity so that you never have to walk outside if you don't want to.

Unfortunately my husband and I will not be staying at the Isle of Capri on the 10th of August.
We had a coupon for a complimentary room, I called at 5 p.m. today, the 25th of July and after being asked my membership number and Hotel Offer Code I was told that no room was available for that night.
Needless to say we were very disappointed. The person that talked with me was neither courteous or truthful. You see, I called back tonight at 9 p.m. and spoke with a very nice gentleman in reservations by the name of Mike Martinez. he told me there WERE available rooms on that night. I just cannot understand the discrepancy between these two calls. Someone was not doing her job very well at all. I wonder how many reservations she has cost you and will cost you in the future.
I proceeded to get a complimentary room at the Hollywood Hotel & Casino instead.
Just because one of your employees did not see the need in taking the time and courtesy to assist me, and report the correct data, we will not be visiting your resort this August. Thank you for your time and patience in reading this. Janet Coalter, Brandon, Ms.

My stay at your hotel was quite interesting. After check in, quick visit to the room, long stay in the casino and nice meal, I return to the room to find there was no bathroom tissue. I called and requested tissue twice during the night but never received any. So several times during the night I had to get up, get dressed and walk down the hall to the fitness room to use the toilet. Not only was that an inconvenience, it was also a break in sleep. What I thought was really nervy was at 8:30 someone knocks on the door to see if we were checking out. I explained the problem with the toilet tissue; she asked again if we were checking out today. My answer was a resounding YES!!!!!!!!
Would I visit this hotel again? Yes, with toilet tissue. Would I recommend this hotel to others? Yes, the room settings are quite lovely.
