I have stayed at Fitzgeralds many times in the past 3 years. Rooms are well appointed and the new beds are wonderful. Hotel/casino staff very friendly/helpful. Plan to visit again next week.

mr
I just returned from a two day stay at Fitzgeralds, was supposed to be three days.
The bed in the room was so high that my wife had difficulty getting in the bed. The TV is at the foot of the bed and is lower than the foot of the bed, making viewing the TV very difficult. You could not set anywhere in the room in a chair to watch TV except placing the straight back chair beside the bed. The TV did not swivel.
The hotel was apparently booked to the max, 4th of July week, and the small buffet area could not handle the large amount of folks.
The Fitgerald web page advertises that the small restaurant next to the buffet was open 24 hrs. WAS NOT. There is no snack bar, there is no carry out service for food, only room service which was OK but more pricier.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Who needs our 3 comped nights at Fitz???
Our boy got arrested for a minor offense(stole a few dollars from his work and trashed the bosses office). We just found out the trial is the same day as our planned Tunica trip. Well, obviously we can't go, even though my wife called and tried to get the date changed. Damn kids just have to ruin our lives. Now we get to sit through some boring judge, telling us what bad parents we are. It's not like we gave him bad advice for 17 years. He needs to get out and find life has its ups and downs and take it like a man.
Anyway, we have 3 comped room nights at Fitz for July 27, 28 and 29th. If anybody can use these, we'll take $250 for the set or $100 for any individual night. We have a Paypal account, so you could send it that way. Just promise you won't mess up the room, because they won't let us transfer the room to another name, so you'll have to pretend you're Mike and Veronica Brown. We can send a copy of our driver's license and another copy of a credit card or social security so you can get right in. Just shred it after you use it. You know how bad identity theft is now.
Thanks to anyone who can use these rooms. Maybe we can go late in the summer.

My husband and I vist your casino and hotel at least 3 times a month and always enjoy our stay, we were getting 8 nights a mo and always took advantage of these . Now we are getting only 4 nights a mo ,I would like to see the 8 nights back because we could come back to fitz more often instead of going to other places that offer us rooms, we really like to stay and play her more. Thanks

I have a large block of rooms for later this year; 35-40 actually. My neighbors just returned and told me that I would most likely want to change our plans, as children are not permitted to use the pool, even with an adult. This is absurb. There is one child per room, as we are there for a sports competition. We have 40 girls between the ages of 9 and 11.

I have played at the casino many, many times and I always come back. I play the slots, but the blackjack is the best. I have stayed at the hotel during the week and it was a very pleasant experience, and have also returned to the hotel again on several occasions. I would like to stay over a weekend sometime soon, since my new work schedule is Monday-Friday and I do not get to come during the week now. I would very much like to visit during the weekend. Feel free to send my weekend comps anytime, I always take advantage of them and appreciate them. In my opinion, Fitzgeralds is the best overall casino in Tuncia.

Me and my Wife went a few weeks ago,Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.Kinda small compared to the others but nice. The lucky Irish $1 machines were paying out good and the Dealers seem to be more friendly than most places,They get to keep their own tips also.Getting a drink is no problem,They don't ask if your playing. The only problem we had was when we got up around 2k on the Blackjack this Casino Manager or supervisor started watching us from the other pit and then they started changing the dealers,You could tell the Dealers werent happy with this so we just went back to the slots and won even more.Other than that well be back to play the slots. And the riverboat dinner cruise is very nice,If youve never been on the river you need to try it.It's worth every penny.

Didn't stay at Fitzgeralds but gambled there quite a bit. Throughly enjoyed it. The dealers were really nice, and also won a great deal of money. Can't beat the free drinks, even if your not gambling. When I go back to Tunica, will be staying at Fitzgeralds.

I have stayed at Fitzgerald's Tunica twice and plan to return in November '03. Everything has always been in order, and I am looking forward to visiting again. The Limericks Steak House is A MUST for those who've never tried it! Prices are very reasonable for a five-star-type restaurant, and the staff is extremely efficient. I highly recommend the 16-oz. ribeye/shrimp combo and hope it's still on the menu!
I grew up in Tunica and am also looking forward to experiencing the new Tunica Queen Riverboat attraction!

My husband Larry
and I came here on 8-24,25,2003 for our 25th anniversary. This was our first
visit here. After receiving our players card, we played for about an hour and we hadn't had lunch or dinner yet and I asked one of your workers how we went about getting a meal voucher and she was very nice and gave my husband and myself a meal voucher and we enjoyed a delicious steak dinner!

we really did enjoy our atay at the hotel and the slots was the best yet to come.. we've tried other casinos and didn't do as good as we did here. you must have the looses slots in tunica.. our room was very clean and the ladies that did the cleaning was very nice and polite. the drinks was served in a manner unbeieable.. the waitress ' knew her stuff and was very friendly. we will most assurely stay at your hotel again... I've heard about the freebees, but have never recieved any.. but, that won't stop me from coming again..

Me and my wife have been to this casino several times, about 5 times a year. We enjoy the rooms and the comps that are provided by the casino. The only issue I have is the buffet, there needs to be a better selection on the buffet. Overall I always have a wonderful time here.

Stayed at this hotel thanksgiving. The buffet advertised prime rib on their menu, none was available at the time I was to eat 12 noon. I was told that it would be available at 4pm. I didn't find this out until I paid for the buffet and had asked for a refund. They should have comped my meal later in the day, but didn't. So I had to go to another casino to eat and missed the football game. My fourteen year old daughter wanted to make a purchase in the gift shop and they would not accept her money for a bracelet, once again I had to leave my room to make the purchase for her. I gambled at another casino to avoid spending money there. I should have stayed where I was the previous night at the grand. I would not come back here again. a real nightmare.
