My husband and I go to Atlantic City Bally Casino atleat 2-3 times a year. I have been going their since 1982, and have NEVER had a bad experience at Bally's. They have always accommodated us very well. I remember one year we were stuck their in a snow storm and had to check out that day, and Bally's made arrangements for us to stay another day at a cheaper rate. Every other hotel that I had called that day, increased their rates because they knew that folks were stuck and had no other choice. Bally's is GREAT! I also loved it when they used to have the Birthday Party. Now that was a definite BIG-TO-DO for my husband and I. We looked forward to it every Birthday. It has gotten to be a tradition for our Family in the last 5 years to have our Memorial Day gathering at Bally's. We have family members from New York, Norfolk Va, and Md,book their rooms in advance at Bally's so we can all be together. Animations is definitly one of our favorite spots to meet and eat.

My husband and I go to Atlantic City atleast once a year, between Christmas and New Year's Eve (for sure), and in the month of July, for the last 22 years. We always, always and always stay at Bally's Park Place. Most of the times they put us at the Tower, last time they put us at the Claridge hotel. We have always been satisfied with Bally's service. Before that time, we stayed at one of the hotels in Cherry Hill and drove back and forth to Bally's every day. Until one of the hosts explained to us about the comp. And ever since that time we have always stay at Bally's every time we went to Atlantic City. We feel right at home at Bally's including our playing, we just do it at Bally's and their connected casinos, but for sure 99.99% of our playing is at Bally's.

I NEVER stay anywhere except at Bally's!! I find the hotel staff friendly and eager to please, the casino is clean and the casino staff are always pleasant, friendly and they have quickly become friends of mine. I look forward to going to Bally's just to meet back up with those friendly faces. My host is wonderful!! ( Thank you Karen Newman) And when she isn't there, any of the other hosts have been very helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Atlantic City!! I visit there every two weeks or so, and go by myself...as a female, I don't do that anywhere else, but I have never felt afraid or unsafe while there. Thank you Bally's and thanks again Karen...you guys are wonderful!!

A friend takes me there to do his gambling. I got offered a free hotel night myself, thought I would take my 34 yr. old daughter for a long awaited night fm. home. The Va. City buffet, found lots of steaks slips in the ladie's rm., have been there sev. times, the steak is unpalatable!!! Got in the shower,in our room, NO SOAP!! We ordered rm. svc. at 10:30 P.M. a turkey club, DRY, they brought it up, at $$$$$$27.00 SLATHERED IN MAYO. My daughter called back down, they HAD THE NERVE TO BRING UP 4 SLICES OF RYE BREAD!!!!!! We couldn't wait to check out of the hotel & go to Harrah's or the Borgata!!!

The tower rooms outshine the regular. The location is perfect, right in the center of the Boardwalk. Everything about this property is outstanding, however the regular rooms, those not in the tower, have disappointing views.

This is regarding the buffet that they offer. It was terible! Went for Sunday brunch and the selection was very limited. (French toast, Omlettes, Bacon, Sausage, Bagels, oatmeal, and a few boring desserts. That's it!) Usually casino buffets have a ton of food to choose from and at least are carving one or two meats such as turkey and a roast. There was no carving station at this buffet. The service by our waiter was good but that's the only good thing about it. I won't go back for the food and don't recommend it to anyone!

Came to Atlantic City on a visit to the East Coast. Kind of stunned how run down everything is off the boardwalk. Lots of strange people lurking about on the boardwalk too. I didn't feel safe, especially at night. Hotel was way over priced. I won't be back.

Nice hotel, slightly over priced especially during the summer months, excellent location.
