i go to vegas every year and stay at different places only on the strip- a few years back i stayed at ceasars. top notch place i will say. i know harrahs owns almost all there . recently we purchased room on price line . we got our confirmation for the room at a great great price. thinking for once the average person finally won in vegas with a great deal on a room. only days later i was informed that there was a mistake and they would not honor our room. they make millions an millions, you would think for once they would eat this and let the aveage joe win. i feel this is totally wrong

My fiancee and I stayed at The Plaza October 13-15,2006. Our room was infested with bed bugs as we later realized why our sheets had blood stains. We could not even inspect for bugs. Our light switch did not work because it was in conjunction with the alarm clock. Who usues a light switch upon entry for an alarm clock?!? Our room was hot the whole weekend. Our air conditioning unit was frozen over with ice. The whole time our shower tub filled up with water over 6 inches of water because it would not drain properly. I was also forced to take a cold shower because there was no hot water. The hotel DID NOTHING! We booked through Vegas.com and WOULD NOT refund our money. I'm not even getting a price reduction. Not only am I paying full price for a bug infested room I am paying for a trip to URGENT CARE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT book through VEGAS.COM!!!

I've played on pokerstars,a year, year and a half,i read their sites and believed all their commentories,( remember they wrote them)or someone within their system,so i joined, and was doing below average, to my standards anyway, you may check my stats on the pokerdb, i know how to play, ive played many tourney,then I won one,small, 270$,since then ive lost,lost,lost,seems the cards shut off, i have to agree with Rhino,from dallas,constant crap cards,ive folded out of to many tourney,high low pockets,the flop has nothing to do with my hand,i fold and as predicted the card or cards i need, turn and river,bad beats all the time,it goes on and on,I know thats poker, right!, my ass!!!!. ive complained to them, it falls on deaf ears, they say its fair and random dealing, all i want, is what they say, a fair game, im really disappointed with pokerstars,yet i keep playing because i love the game, and every once in a while they let me win the small pots,i play very consevertive now,it takes the fun out of the game,still its cheaper than going to the casinos

My husband and myself have been staying at your casino for 2 plus years. We go through waves as well as waves winning money also. I have recently made it to diamond status. When we were gold we were treated excellent and the same excellence ontinues being diamond. Our rooms have always been spotless, comfortable and appealing. We would like to see some more entertainment there, but for us the entertinment is also playing at the slots. We would like to see some rooms with a jacuzzi, after playing all night our backs hurt and would enjoy the privacy of a in room jacuzzi. We like the privacy away from the boardwalk. If we want the boardwalk we will stay at one of your boardwalk properties. We love Harrah's and we have never stayed anywhere else. it is tempting but we love the familar friendly faces at Harrah's. Bring on the jacuzzi's throw in a couple of shows on your property and it would be totaly perfect. We also think that your shuttle is going to work well. It just started tody so good luck. Also allthe stff in the diamond lounge were enjoyable to be with.

My wife and I just returned from out first trip to Tunica. We went without any reservations, but were fortunate enough to get a room at the Gold Strike. The room was fantastic, the casino was fantastic, and the food was delicious. The service in the hotel and casino was great, and everyone was very friendly. I've gambled all over the U.S., including Las Vegas many times and never been comped for anything. The comps at the Gold Strike are amazing. I'm not a big gambler; I don't gamble for big money, but in three days I got 4 meals comped, and when I checked out i got my room comped from $75.00 per night to $35.00 per night. Next gambling trip I take will definately be to the Gold Strike Hotel and Casino in Tunica, Ms.

the rooms were not tastefully decorated, but the room and the bathroom was clean and we had maid service daily. The staff was helpful especially the security guard and maid service, which we had daily. Excellent location, he food in the emporerors buffet left a lot to be desired, but we enjoyed the Legends show immensly. It was our first time to Vegas bu we would defintely stay
again at the IP. Not sure if it was because we booked with a tour company or not.

I usually just play the lower stakes tournaments. I do okay. I have just noticed since playing at different sites that pokerstars cater to the high buyin tournament players. Almost all of their Guaranteed cash tourneys where they put money in are buyins of 100.00+. Or the unlimited rebuys where people go crazy with the rebuys.
As for customer service, they answer emails promptly and I have never had a problem cashing out from pokerstars without fees. So that is good.
