Hotel Review for New York New York Hotel and Casino: ~New York New York was the best!!! (5 stars)

~This was our second time in Vegas. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the hotel!...We married & stayed @ The Bellagio & very stuffy & snobby people last time...this time we could not wait to have a blast @ New York New York. The room we stayed in had a big nice sized jacuzzi, nice bed & perfect sofa. This hotel had it all...we caught "Zumanity" which was terrific, Coyote Ugly the club, the roller coaster ride which was so fun!...the slots were nicely placed & great restaurants...such as Gallagher's...very nice service & great food. Overall I had a blast there and I cannot wait to go visit again.

Review for PokerStars: A Complete Fix

Just watch out as you make your run into the oney on this site. I have noticed several times as I get up a lot of money ($300-400) they will turn the faucets off. And by that I mean you will not win hands for days. I mean good hands too. Like the time I had pockets 5's in the big. I call and see the flop. 2 5's roll out for 4 of a kind nice hand huh? Not so fast my friend. Runner runner Q's and the guy in the small has pocket Q's I looked it up and I have a better chance of being stuck by lightning. At leaset now I can play golf in a thunderstorm I guess. Oh, and how about today losing 3 times in a row with ace high flush. 3 IN A ROW! It is fixed but not in such a way that they would ever run all the people they have on the site off. Play the site for graphics and fun but don't pump much money through there because it will be gone fast.

Hotel Review for Treasure Bay Casino: Treasure Bay is Great!!!!!! (4 stars)

The rooms were great, the people were very nice and helpful. We enjoy staying here - we really like the fact that they always had a Travel Partners and we could book everything right through the hotel. Love the shuttle bus access and help with tee times for golfing, etc. Gerald was great too - if you wanted to know anything he had the answers for you. Comps were wonderful - prices were great for a week's stay. I wish everything could remain approximately in the same ball park as before - but I suppose there will be some changes. We have a large group that comes down from Wisconsin - and EVERYONE is happy staying at Treasure Bay!

Hotel Review for Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino: This is the place i ever stayed (5 stars)

I would never pay more than $ 100.00 for a room. I have been Vegas at lest 15 times mostly for work(lucky me. I know People that personal knew the old old owner that has passed on. Every person that knew him thought he was a great guy. As for the room lets face it ever hotel in vegas abused it used as a toilet buy the visitors. whappens in vegas stays in Vegas. Every Hotel i have been looks like shit in the area that they have renovated it an on going thing in the hotel industry. i am very large gambler and i like the hotel that get the worst ratings on here the best because they screw less money out you, thats why they do not look as good as the others. the Ip is a fine hotel the one of only 3 i will stay at on my own dime. The worker giving out change are bad in every hotel. They have the shittest jobs on the planet and could care less if they got fired. this hotel hasd been bought if you think big business is gonna treat you better your of your rocker or maybe just stupid. We need small indepents to keep vegas great. My father went to vegas in the 50's back then the owner knew your names you were not a number like now. Please stay at the IP it the best for your money.

Hotel Review for Bally's Las Vegas: Bally's aug 14th 2006 (4 stars)

The room was great. We were told the north tower are recently remodeled and very nice, however offered no view. I thourougly enjoyed the view. I would reccommend the north tower at Bally's for location and view. The hotel was great, elevators were quick however there is quite a long wait for the buffet. Good buffet but a long wait. I would not reccommend the Signatures gift shop near the front desk, there is a rather rude and unhelpful older woman that works in the daytime. Bally's is centrally located and one can easily access either the bus or the monorail. There is a wonderful little pastry shop next in the walk between Bally's and Paris. TRY IT! yum! Have fun and bring your walkin' shoes, you'll need them!

Hotel Review for Foxwoods Resort Casino: Now number 2 (3 stars)

My husband and I visit the 2 Ct casinos many times a year and tho we use to favor Foxwoods over Mohegan Sun, we have decided we can have lots more fun at Mohegan. They have beautiful fireworks very week during the summer and FREE great entertainment at the Wolfs den every night. If you only want to gamble than Foxwoods is great, but if you want a little more than Mohegan Sun is the place to be. I will say, we do like the rooms at Foxwoods a little better, but both are very nice. J DeMarco NH

Hotel Review for Hollywood Casino: Fine place to stay, good food, rooms could use an upgrade. (4 stars)

First the good...the food is the best in Tunica. The Fairbanks has the best steaks I have ever eaten in my life. The Epic buffet is small, but everything on it is of high quality and is actually seasoned! Everything tasted very good. I would have to recommend that you avoid the little diner near the hotel though...it has bugs flying around everywhere and getting into the pastries every time I've gone in to look around. The gaming is fun and the atmosphere is one of the best in Tunica. The high stakes slots are actually hitable it seems. I've seen several big payouts on the $25 and $100 slots every time I've stayed there. The layout is uncluttered and the high ceilings in the casino seem to make you just feel good to be there unlike Sam's Town and others where the low ceilings and smoky air make you feel cramped and pressured. The hosts and servers are top notch and security seems to know what they're doing.
The only negative thing I have to add is that the rooms are very poor. The cleanliness is sub par, and the beds are a nightmare to rest in. The Horseshoe Casino has some of the best mattresses I've ever slept on, and a much larger Casino floor and a huge buffet, but I still tend to stay at Hollywood for the food and gaming experience....oh yeah, and they get some VERY beautiful workers from somewhere. All I know is that they're foreign and SEXY!

Hotel Review for Pioneer Hotel and Gambling Hall: Pioneer Hotel (4 stars)

Because of the reviews on this site I almost didn't stay at THE PIONEER HOTEL but I couldn't pass up the room rate of 49.99 a night.... Every other hotel on this weekend was over 90.00 for Saturday night..... People that are looking for the HILTON HOTEL should not even look at staying at this hotel but anyone looking for a Holiday INN style hotel this place is great...... Staff is really friendly here and keep you laughing the whole time..... Casino is small but great for winnings..... I lost...lol... Food/Buffet was good food at a great price...I had the best 4.00 Breakfast I've ever had.... And a great 9.00 buffet......Rooms are clean and quiet enough to sleep in.... Hotel is older and a little run down but only time you spend in hotel is when your sleeping or taking a shower so does it really matter...???? I will be back to Laughlin and I will stay at the PIONEER HOTEL again.............. Picky people just need to check out the EDGE WATER HOTEL OR MAYBE THE GOLDEN NUGGET ......

Hotel Review for Monte Carlo Resort and Casino: Nice Hotel, However Slots Are Tight (2 stars)

We had no problems with our room, it was clean & the toilet did not clog. What made our stay a bad one was the casino: the slot machines don't pay anything! Very tight. Hotel is very nice but we would not stay here again because of the lousy gambling.

Hotel Review for Paris Hotel and Casino: Crowds and Kids (4 stars)

There were too many kids running around without supervision. The prices were too high for the quality of food. The Casino Host treated the slot players like lower class citizens. We went to the bar to play the video slot machines and we were both playing and the bartender charged us full price for our drinks. The room was great, the maids were good except for when you had please do not disturb sign on your door they call to see if you wanted your room clean. If the sign says do not distrub that is what it means. My husband was waken up twice and I was once.

Hotel Review for Mandalay Bay: Not Family Freindly (3 stars)

I could find no where in the ammenities description that limited the use of the spa facilities, which was the only way to access the wieght room, to persons over the age of 18. This is not family friendly. I have a 15 year old daughter athlete who needs to keep up her workouts. When I asked the consierge for help in finding a local healthclub he said that all healthclubs in the area have the same rule. I found a golds gym by using the yellow pages who allows supervised minors to use the facilities. Were still here and trying to make the best of it, but I do not think we will stay here again.

Hotel Review for Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino: (4 stars)

I chose this hotel as a budget holiday hotel and knew nothing about it before I went. The location in the middle of the strip is excellent. The hotel is looking a little tired decorwise. The corridors and elevator landings were grubby and unappealing. The bedroom was adequate and the cleaning service was good. I found some of the barstaff unhelpful, rude and arrogant, very ill-mannered. Most of the staff had a "could'nt care less attitude" apart from the room cleaners who were all very friendly. The free show with the look alike dealers however was very enjoyable. Its a real shame that this hotel is spoilt by the bad service of a minority of employees.

Hotel Review for Circus Circus Casino, Las Vegas: HOTELS IN LAS VEGAS (4 stars)

JUST BACK FROM CIRCUS CIRCUS. ENDED UP PLAYING AT THE SLOTS-OF-FUN. MOST ALL OF THE CASINOS HAVE GONE TO THE "PAPER" SLOTS VICE THE "COIN" SLOTS. THE PAPER SLOTS ARE BORING, BORING AND MORE BORING. WE LIKE TO PLAY VIDEO POKER "WITH"
THE NOISE OF THE COINS IN THE HOPPER WHEN YOU WIN. WE LIKE GETTING DIRTY HANDS HANDLING THE COINS. TOO BAD THE CASINO'S JUST WANT THE $$$$$$$$. GOT TO GET RID OF THE TECHS THAT WORKED ON THE SLOTS. CASHIERS DON'T HAVE TO COUNT COINS ANYMORE...... GLAD THE THERE ARE SOME OF THE SMALLER CASINO'S THAT STILL HAVE THE COIN SLOTS.

I WILL CALL SLOTS OF FUN BEFORE I GO NEXT TIME TO SEE IF THEY CHANGED TO THE PAPER.

BEEN GOING TO LAS VEGAS FOR 50 YEARS; AS A KID WITH MY PARENTS AND NOW WITH MY CHILDREN. BRING BACK THE COIN SLOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel Review for Venetian Casino Resort: Valet Parking Personnel are Pricks (3 stars)

I dropped of several guests at this hotel. This is not the first time I would do so. I have dropped guests off at The Bellagio, The Wynn, Paris, Bally's, Flamingo, The Mirage and the Imperial Palace. However, this is the first time that valet parking personnel (those pricks in white and red striped shirts and black shorts who seem to think they own the hotel) insulted me just because I passed through registration without having valeted my vehicle and just because I am a not white. Instead of helping motorists pass through without difficulty, these valet personnel hurled insults at my person and told not to come back. I felt so humiliated. I did not even do anything wrong to deserve such insults. The Venetial should teach hotel personnel how to treat people well. I guess they just hire anyone these days. I am a very patient person but well, I will never, never have guests stay at this hotel ever again.

Hotel Review for Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino: This is one big dump! (2 stars)

I go to Vegas alot and this is by far the worse hotel on the stip! The bed actually sunk in and is so old that one room I stayed in had bedbugs. I switched rooms. The best thing about this place is the location, but your better off paying a little more for another hotel--a motel six is better than this. My friend got stuck in their elevator and was offered a $25 gift card at their buffet for the 40 minutes of torture she endured. Do not stay at this hotel if you want anything better than 1/2 star rating. --Not to mention the owner of the hotel is owned by an admirer of Adolf Hitler.

Hotel Review for Sam's Town Casino: I am planning a trip in Sept to Sams Town (3 stars)

My friend and I visited Las Vegas for the first time in early June. We stayed on the strip, but found it overrated and unfriendly. We took the Sams Town Bus one day to Sams Town and loved the experience. We decided if we ever came back we would try to stay there. Well, sure enough, we are coming back in early Sept for 5 days. (We are senior citizens). Do you have any comps or coupon offers we could obtain prior to coming or when we get there. I've heard nothing but good comments about Sams Town.
Thanks in Advance

Hotel Review for Flamingo Las Vegas: Gambler and Travel (2 stars)

Stayed for 4 night in July mistake #1, room had a damp smell, room was small compared to every casino I've stayed in, and we stay in alot of Hotel/casinos ( 20 to 30 casino visits per year. 60 to 90 nights annualy ) Asked for an upgrade to a better room based on Players Card play level, staff was total rude about it. They said my play level was not high enough, Told them now about my wifes play level, we got the suite! ( my wife has only used her card once to my 1000 times ) . Mistake #2 the suite was no better than the room, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, no mini bar...... Ate at the buffet mistake #3, got sick from the over cook, under cooked, spoiled food, two days of holy hell!
Maid did not clean the suite because as the front desk person informed us the maids go home by 10:00am if you did call after they tried once oh well! Its Las Vegas who gets out of bed by 9:00am so the maid on go home at 10:00am, what a bunch of BS.
Over all the Casino grounds are the only thing worth saving, the build should come down!!!!! The staff in the Hotel should be replaced!!!!! Diamond services should be renamed turup services or Attitude with a frown!!!!!!

Hotel Review for Caesars Palace: Is this the same hotel? (2 stars)

I had the worst experience I have ever had in Caesar's Palace last week. I really can't believe we're talking about the same hotel. I am a business traveler and they put me in a room directly above Cleopatra's Barge, so I had loud rock music blaring until the wee hours. When I called to let them know about this, they actually downgraded me to a much smaller and fairly crappy room! I guess I should have kept quiet. But wait, it gets worse! Not only is the Casino a total money pit. (I should have known better than to gamble there)
but, when I was moving out, in the short period it took me to take the first load of luggage to my car (I had a lot of stuff, as I stayed there for 9 days), the maid let herself into my locked room and very quickly disposed of the remaing items. One was a coffee maker and the other was misc. items in an Armani bag. She had to have rushed these items to the trash chute! The really amazing part of this debacle, was how casually the incident was handled by Hotel staff! It was very clear that no-one cared. I eventually retrieved most of my belongings, but it was only because I was relentless. The Mesa Grille, on the other hand was excellent. Fabulous, really. Next time (and I travel to Vegas a lot) I will stay at another property and visit Caesar's only to dine at Mesa Grille.
