In the past my wife and I enjoyed staying and gambling at the Imperial Palace the rooms were comfy and the staff in both the hotel and in the casino were very friendly, the food in the restaurants was top notch and we enjoyed seeing the Legends in Concert stage show but we stopped patronizing the Imperial Palace starting in 1989 after it was revealed that the owner Ralph Engelstad was an admirer of Adolf Hitler and in fact every year he hosted a birthday party for Hitler at the Imperial Palace, Engelstad proudly owned one of Hitler's staff cars and he had a secret showroom at the Imperial Palace that displayed hundreds if not thousands of pieces of Nazi memorabilia. As a proud jew I cannot in good conscience patronize an establishment that is that owned by a man who condones the murder of thousands of innocent men, women and children during World War II for the sake of the progress of the master race.

Just got back from an eight day stay at Binions......I've visited every city and town in Nevada. No this is not the strip, but I love it. Nice people. Great service. I will return there many times.

Our boy got arrested for a minor offense(stole a few dollars from his work and trashed the bosses office). We just found out the trial is the same day as our planned Tunica trip. Well, obviously we can't go, even though my wife called and tried to get the date changed. Damn kids just have to ruin our lives. Now we get to sit through some boring judge, telling us what bad parents we are. It's not like we gave him bad advice for 17 years. He needs to get out and find life has its ups and downs and take it like a man.
Anyway, we have 3 comped room nights at Fitz for July 27, 28 and 29th. If anybody can use these, we'll take $250 for the set or $100 for any individual night. We have a Paypal account, so you could send it that way. Just promise you won't mess up the room, because they won't let us transfer the room to another name, so you'll have to pretend you're Mike and Veronica Brown. We can send a copy of our driver's license and another copy of a credit card or social security so you can get right in. Just shred it after you use it. You know how bad identity theft is now.

I am heart broken along with many others in the Pensacola Florida area. So many of us went to the Magic only. I always won there but the rooms and food and service were the best. We went back but it is just not the same at any other Casino. The staff was outstanding I sure hope they consider all of the people who loved this place.
Not because it was fancy or the best Casino but the friendly people and the fact you never were lost in a huge crowd of people.
I cannot see that area anymore without the Magic.

I used to live in Laughlin so I have tried all the hotels there. The Riverside is by far the cleanestmost inexpensive. With easy access and all the things you need right there in the hotel. From bowling to movies to child care to great restaurants. You also are the only hotel that will accomodate your pets.I just recentally visited your hotel and you supplied me with a room with a view of both the pool and the river, so again I was very pleased and i thank you.

WOW.....they give you nothing but a nice room and nice hotel ! No comps, points hard to get on your card and POOR customer service. By poor customer service I mean the last morning of my stay at 7:00 AM (after going to bed at 3:00 AM) there was banging in the room above me ! I call the front desk and they said "OH yes they are putting down carpet in the room above you". My God at 7:00 AM !!! Well I complained at check out that day and they said " The BEST we can go is take $20 off your bill. What a joke, after not having a good night sleep it was only worth $20. I will never stay there again, they don't know how to treat their customers !!

Lots of activities, awesome poker room. Rooms are nice, not what you'd expect for the rate and it made us wonder why we ever paid for the strip. You need a car though you can't walk to the strip. Recommended!

I was at Wild Wild West casino just to gamble, and laet me tell you I will NEVER go back! As my boyfriend and I were playing roullette we had a major mishap. My boyfriend was playing with $5.00 chips and another gentleman came over to the table and started to play with $5.00 chips. Well the dealer did not catchthis mistake and when the ball landed on the number that a $5.00 chip was on she rewarded the payoff to my boyfriend. When questioned the dealer said she placed the bet for him and it was his payoff, when my boyfriend remembers putting the chip down. A manager was told about the mistake and she started freaking out on us telling us that the dealer was right and that was final! We went to the gaming commisionand the general manage came over and she told us that there was no camera. What in the world is that! We explained that it was unfair and the dealer should have caught the mistake before. When speaking to another dealer(that caught the mistake earlier) she said they they all have cameras and that since my boyfriend was at the table longer he should have been rewarded the payoff! Fair warning watch your money at the Wild Wild West!

We came in a group of 17 familys/rooms. When making resorvations we had asked to be put into a block so that we were all together. We were all split up, we had people in different wings, the rooms were too small, too much furniture for the size of the room, the beds were hard, and UNCLEAN! Most of our parents found bugs and hair in the bathroom. The front desk was very unhelpful as we checked in. They wre not willing to fix the problems. The hotel was not worth the price we payed at all. Security was not helpful and were very rude to my kids and made unwanted comments that were uncalled for. Would not EVER stay here agian and would not ever recommend this to anyone else.

The Rio was an average hotel.Billows of smoke and tacky cocktail waitresses are the first thing that you see when you enter the Rio's lobby. The rooms were worth the money that we paid but the atmosphere at the hotel left something to be desired.
I would recommend this hotel for singles and couples on a budget.The Rio is not a great place to bring kids ( too much sex being sold, second-hand smoke and lack of things to do.) If you are looking to be in the middle of things then I would suggest staying at a hotel right on the strip.
I will not be returning to the Rio anytime soon. Actually I don't care to return to Las Vegas anytime soon either.

We stayed at Bally's based on recommendations from a co-worker. We got to the hotel around 4pm on Sunday. We had to wait an hour for a king size room. They did have two queens available, but that's not what we wanted. The room was very nice. It was in the north tower. The window view wasn't much to look at. The bar in the casino was always hoppin. The entertainment was still going when we came in at 1:30am. I enjoyed gambling there as much as anywhere. They didn't provide much in the area of coupons. Many of the ones they gave us had already expired. I did have a problem with my room key. They gave us new ones and on the last night, mine quit working again. The pool is a very long walk from the rooms. It was too hot for us to use it anyway. They had a couple of reasonable priced places to eat in there forum shops area. We thought everything else there was overpriced. It was easier to get coupons for other places to eat anyway. The bottled water in the room was $4.50 and the safe is $3 a day. We got a cooler and drinks from Wallgreens and just kept putting ice in it from the hotel. That saved us a lot of money. The best advantage is having the monorail station behind the hotel. That saved us a lot of walking and cab fair. I recommend getting the 3 day passes for $40 a person. It's well worth it.

UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME, WE CHOSE A ROOM WHERE THE MATTRESS HAD BEDBUGS AND WHEN I AWOKE, BOTH MY LEGS WERE BIT FROM THEM. I NEVER GET BIT FROM BUGS EVER. I REPORTED IT AND INSTEAD OF CHANGING THE MATTRESS, THE MOVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM. THAT BEING SAID, THE VIEW OF THE RIVER WAS BEAUTIFUL AND RELAXING, SERVICE WAS AWESOME AND THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. OTHER THAN THAT, THE ROOM WAS STANDARD; HOWEVER, THE AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. IT WAS NOISY AND HARD TO CONTROL WITH THE KNOBS THAT WERE THERE. WE WISHED IT HAD A BUFFET BUT OTHER THAN THAT, THE RESTAURANTS THERE WERE GREAT.

I loved the Beau Rivage before the hurricane. My husband and I were there the week before Hurricane Katrina struck. We're heartbroken by what happened. However, we're looking forward to visiting a new Beau Rivage. The staff was friendly and the comps I got were good. The only complaint I had was that you couldn't arrive on a Saturday. Hopefully that will change when they reopen.
