Hotel Review for Riviera Hotel and Casino: not a place to stay if you are a big player (2 stars)

I have stayed here for the past 9 years and 2006 was the worse year ever as far as treatment when there. I have always been a large slot player and have recieved a fruit basket upon arrival, show comps as needed, and treated like a person. last year i was treated like a nobody and that i had not been staying there for the past nine years and sepnding most of my time there playing. in 2005 i spent over $200,000 in slot play for the 8 days i was there, so figured i would atleast get a room up grade in 2006, didn't happen in fact the slot host acted like it was a real pain for them even to talk to me, when asked about food credits they told me to charge to my room and check back in a few days and they would let me know what i was going to be given, i thought who are they kidding! after the amount of money spent the year before and they can't say don't worry your food is comped, anyway i did check back a few days later and they said it was all used up, so i had 5 more days of playing and when i got ready to check out found out there was another 200.00 in food comps i could have used, but they forgot to tell me! So i am off to find a new home to play at and hope that they can treat me like a person, or atleast someone who has spent more than a dollar!
