Adding On To Your House Before It's Built

Have you ever built a new home only to have decided that it was time to add on an additional section even before the construction was finished? Of course not. But that's what Steve Wynn has done with his new property in Las Vegas.

Wynn just announced plans for the currently empty plot of land located next to his nearly completed, $2.7B casino, "Wynn Las Vegas". Plans include a new 2,000 suite tower, another casino, convention space and "other ammenities". If all goes as planned, the total number of rooms he'll have at this new resort will be around 4,700.

How would you feel staying in one of the newest rooms on the strip only to have to live with 24/7 construction noise going on outside your window?
